Home: Is Where You Find Yourself

Are you lost? Afraid? Unsure of what to do? Anxious? Depressed? Feel alone? Lonely?

We often have moments, which can last from a few seconds, minutes, hours and days. For those of us who struggle with finding purpose and meaning in life here is a place where you can start or renew your efforts to rid yourself of shame and guilt, anger, anxiety, and sadness.

These are common feelings for any person. We all have strengths where we persevere and proceed with energy. We also have weaknesses, tendencies to eat or not eat when sad and angry, some hurt others with words and weapons, while others get more withdrawn. There are a wide range of emotions. Each emotion we feel can vary like the weather, our weight, and is dependent upon our internal monologue, situations at work, family relationships, friends, our insecurities and vulnerabilities.

I would like the opportunity to provide hope, the Sunflower, to help others find themselves.

The journey is up to you.

I tell it how it is. What I say may not be liked, it may open your eyes, or be dismissed and avoided. Sometimes, truth is hard to acknowledge and accept. I think we all go in stages dependent upon many factors as we get older. What is true today may not have been years ago.

May you seek to understand and help yourself manage your individual needs to the best of your ability.

I am here to assist, guide and help you think and move forward.

Change is difficult even when wanted.

You are not alone or invisible.
